Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be happy with your wallpapers. Because they are digital files delivered immediately, refunds work a little differently than for physical goods. This policy explains when a refund is available and how to ask for one.

Digital Goods and Immediate Delivery

Your wallpapers are delivered digitally, straight after payment. Once files have been downloaded, a purchase generally cannot be refunded, because the goods have already been provided in full. Where the law gives you a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase, that right may end once download begins, and you may be asked to acknowledge this at checkout. This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived where you live.

When We Will Refund

We will gladly put things right, including with a full refund, if:

• The files are missing, corrupted, or will not download, and we cannot fix it for you.
• You were charged more than once for the same order, or charged in error.
• The wallpaper is materially not as described on its product page.

When We Usually Cannot Refund

• You changed your mind after downloading the files.
• Your screen or device shows colours differently than expected (screens vary; product previews are a guide).
• You bought the wrong item but have already downloaded it. Contact us anyway; we will try to help.

How to Request a Refund

Reach us through the Contact page within 14 days of your purchase and include your order number and a short description of the problem. No lengthy justification is needed for the cases listed above.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. It can take a few business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. When a refund is issued, the related download link is deactivated.
