Introduction, Scope & Acceptance

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of this store, including the website, checkout, download delivery, and any related content and services (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by the store owner identified on the Contact page ("we," "us," or "our").

By browsing the store, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by the policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

The Service is intended for individuals who are 13 years of age or older. By using it you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old.
• You are legally able to enter into a binding contract.
• If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

What You Are Buying

The wallpapers sold here are digital image files. When you complete a purchase you receive a personal licence to the files in that order.

• You may use the wallpapers on your own devices (computers, phones, tablets), set them as your background, and keep personal backups.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the files; upload them to stock or wallpaper sites; use them in a product, application, or service offered to others; or claim authorship of the photographs.
• The photographer retains full copyright in every image. Buying a wallpaper does not transfer copyright to you.

If you would like to use an image beyond this personal licence (for example, commercially), contact us first to arrange separate permission.

Payment

• Prices are shown in your selected currency and are converted from a base price; the amount charged at checkout is the amount you pay.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
• You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase where required by law.

Delivery and Downloads

• Wallpapers are delivered digitally. After payment we email a download link, and it is also available in your library if you have an account.
• Download links stay valid for a limited time and allow a reasonable number of downloads per file, so please save your files once you have them.
• Because the goods are digital and delivered immediately, please read the Refund Policy before you buy.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in uses a one-time code sent to it. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it; scraping or bulk-downloading beyond normal use; or infringing the intellectual property or other rights of the photographer or of third parties.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including the photographs, site design, logos, and text, is the property of the store owner, the photographer, or their licensors. Your purchase grants only the personal licence described above and no other rights.

Service Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, add or remove wallpapers, and perform maintenance, without notice. We do not guarantee that any particular wallpaper will remain available.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that colours will appear identically on every screen.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date below shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the store owner's country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
